Where we define a new project or a new phase of an existing project, we identify stakeholders’, expectations, and project purpose. We assess all available information to better inform stakeholders of the scope and objectives and discuss how their participation in the project and its associated phases can help to ensure their expectations are met.
We establish a total scope and level of effort, define and refine objectives, and develop the course of action required to accomplish those objectives. We seek input and encourage customer involvement from relevant stakeholders while reviewing, planning, and developing the project management plan, and project documents.
Here we perform activities of the project in accordance with the project management plan. All necessary deliverables have been completed to coordinate resources and any deployments required, along with managing potential risks and cost overruns.
Simultaneously alongside our Execute phase, here we will: track, review, report, and regulate the progress and performance of the project. We will identify any areas where changes to the project plan are required or are at risk and proactively initiate all approved necessary changes.
Upon completion of our projects, we confirm all deliverables, acceptance documentation, quality control measures, and reports are finalized. A project closure meeting with stakeholders is conducted to gather feedback through a customer satisfaction survey, finalize any outstanding customer updates, close all logs, and provide any requested reports.
